Prizm Media is proud to announce that the company is receiving advisory services and funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to support a research and development project to expand their platform RxtoMe to automate Chronic Care Management for Physicians while facilitating preventive care for their patients.
